I have a Dual Pro multi-bank charger that is programmed for my Battle Born lithium batteries. I ordered that at the same time as I did the batteries so they would be matched.
I have single chargers for my Energized Outdoors lithium batteries. Those were also ordered with the batteries so they would match.

Dual Pro is the only true onboard charger I know of that can be programmed to work with them at this point.
NOCO does have its line of Genius chargers that work with lithiums, though their on-board chargers don't seem to be there yet. I have a G1100 Genius (1.1 amps...replaced by the current Genius 2 which charges at 2 amps) that I use with a lot of success for charging small lithium batteries I use for ice fishing. They do have a 4 bank Genius, but it's only 1.1 amps per bank which would not work in a bassboat application. It's really not that clear, but I think that the main difference would be that the Genius chargers aren't waterproof. Dual pro that has the lithium algorithm loaded on it. That will only work if you have individual 12v lithiums. I have one with 3 banks lithium and 1 bank standard for my starting battery (36v system), you can get one with 2 and 1 for 24v.

Fine doesn’t equal a full charge..been there. Had my dual pro reprogrammed, fully charged every time now..4 Relion 80AH
My MK 460PC set to AGM mode charges my lithiums to 100% - lot of people using the MK to charge their lithiums. The MK is one of the few that will do it properly from what I understand.

Yep you saved weight with your batteries, why stuck in a heavy charger in. Go with the Stealth One!!
MK 345PC here, charges my 125AH and two 50AH ionics fine as far as I can tell. But I can understand the uncertainty people have about it.
DrewTick has something changed about your recommendations for MK chargers? Just noticed you didn't mention it above.

I had good luck with MK. Had problems with DualPro. Just installed the Charge system---jury's out.
Got a Dual Pro when I ordered my RELiONS with the lithium profile, it was a "free" promotion they were running a few years ago, buy new batteries and get a free charger. I also have a Minn Kota PC as a backup. Michael B. at RELiON told me it would be fine on the AGM setting.
