    What is in your bag

not sure if this has been done but thought it might be a good thing for some that might be looking to learn to get some ideas from you all of what you have in your bag.
lets hear what clubs you use as well as the odds and ends you carry for a day at the course.

I sold my clubs and are going to get some new ones, but for the time being i'm using my old clubs that i used many years ago, Bridgestone J33 CB 3-PW, Bridgestone J33 52,56,60 wedges, Nike original Sasquatch driver and 3 wood, old Scotty Cameron Laguna putter. I carry about 3 dozen golf balls just in case, I have a collection of foreign coins that I choose from for ball markers, at least 3 gloves and a clean towel (I sweat a lot when it's hot outside)

I used to play the X, but since they redid the dimple pattern and core a few years ago I get better response from the regular. Anyone else have this issue?

Anyone on here ever been custom fit for wedges?

    1) Same shaft & flex as rest of iron set?
    2) Same shaft but in a heavier shaft & stiffer flex?
    3) The wedge flex shaft option?

I'm going next month for a "tour van" style fitting and was just curious to see what others ended up with.

I used to work for Adams and Titleist in the summer on their demo days. We did this exact thing. Most people prefer the same shaft in their wedges as their irons because of weight and flex consistency. Also if you play your clubs any longer or shorter it’s best to match shafts with heads specifically because it can change the swing weight of the club. Lastly, stiffer isn’t “better” with wedges and wedge flex isn’t “bad” it’s not as stiff as an average True Temper S300 because it isn’t top trimmed as high. My advice is to match the steps in your wedge shafts with your PW or maybe 1/2”-1” lower.

PW & GW - I always have the same shafts as my irons.
SW & LW - Usually I play a heavier shaft that's a little softer in flex because I don't make a lot of full swings with these clubs.

Currently I play Dynamic Gold 120 Tour Issue in X flex in my irons through my GW, then in my SW & LW I play Nippon 125 Wedge shafts.

I was fitted for a full set of clubs here:
    http://www.dlancegolf.com/

I still use the 4 Cleveland wedges that I got from my first custom fitting back in around 2010. Got them the same time as my irons (Taylor Made R7 irons) so they have the same shafts/flex/weight. Upgraded the irons after a few years but kept the wedges because I LOVE them!

TM SLDR 10 degree driver with a regular pro launch red shaft
TM 2008 Burner 3 and 5 woods, stock regular shafts.
Hogan Apex 3 and 4 hybrids with regular Aldila shafts.

Depending on the course, I’ll shuffle the 5 wood and the 3 hybrid. The 4 hybrid often gets replaced with a 4 iron, again, depending on the course.
    Iron set 1:
TM ‘08 Burner Tour, regular shafts, 4-pw.
    Set 2:
TM R7 CGB Max, graphite shafts, 4-pw.
I use the CGB Max irons earlier in the year when I haven’t been playing for awhile. They’re a little easier to hit but wouldn’t use them full time due to a complete lack of feel.

52,56,60 degree wedges. Mars Red Planet. I bought the heads and put them on TT custom lite shafts. The wedges have incredible sole grind on them and feel really finesse.

Putter, I’ve got a few but the one I use is a TM Daytona Rossa blade. Paired with a jumbo Winn grip I love that putter.

    Titleist Pro V golf balls.

Ping 2 wood~12*, Taylor made 3w and I have this Dunlop titantium (probably hotdog tit) that I can wack like a hybrid, also have a red head driver I cut off 6 inches for a fairway 10yds or less-runner upper by green that I can get real close (like a putter but puts topspin on ball). 4 thru sandwedge ping... oldies and maybe G20 irons.. Like the old heavier pings controls my speed on backswing..Odessey 2 ball putter.. don't like Cleveland 3 wedge set because I don't play enough to zero in on distances in dry courses and wet grass..confusing...lol
