    Ultex and lowrance?

    Can you get an ultrex with an lowrance transducer?

    The Ultrex has a universal 83/200 transducer. You can get an adapter to connect a Lowrance head unit. But the transducer will only do 2D. No downscan or sidescan.

    You can also put an external transducer on the Untrex. Minn Kota don't support Lowrance very well as they are owned by the parent company of Humminbird.
