Check your Trailer wiring at folding tongue

Been meaning to post this for awhile. Very happy with the trailer overall still getting used to the coating and not being able to wipe it down lol. However the wiring at the tongue left alot to be desired like alot........ im very picky and messy wiring bothers me and i didnt realize that all they did was use a coiled harness adapter and wad the wires up in the tongue end until i got home. If you didnt direct the wires when putting the tongue out it would of pinched the stray wires to the brake solenoid right off. So i cut the 5 flat ends off both harness and soldered it all together and loomed it up as it should be anyway. Now swing open and closed without worry. Just a heads up.

Looks like a MarineMaster. On boats with brakes they coil up the extra brake line and shove it in there too.

Its an ez loader. 2020 model.

I use spray foam cleaner on my trailer, similar to tire foam. Let it set wipe the excess off. Shines like a new penny.

Thanks for the tip. It still looks great but its early and not dusty around here yet either lol. Thats good to know ill try it thanks!
