2017 Triton Trailer - Need Plastic Cap on Trailer Tongue

Were the 2017 TRX trailers mfg by Marine Master? Not sure of the correct name for this plastic cap on the breakaway tongue but it came off somewhere this weekend, probably prompted from me stepping on to winch the boat. Need to get a replacement.

Can order from amazon or other stores .. I had the same problem .. but they never pop in right .. I made a plexiglass cover for mine ..you can also get a metal locking one

Im gonna have to get one of these mine is just a snap in cap and its not really that tight of a snap. I can picture it coming out one day. Thanks for the links!

Thanks all... I ended up calling Marine Masters and the nice customer service lady Kelly put one in the mail today no charge.

Guess i should of called ez loader and seen if they do the same. Oh well didnt cost much.

I got a brand new Marine Master Trailer, I'm sure the cap would fit perfect, but when they spray the gatorhyde on the trailer, it makes the hole smaller, so it does not sit flush like it should.

Luckily mine has not fallen out yet.

On my last trailer, I use to take black electrical tape and go completely around the tongue and cap a couple of times, never fell out, The tape comes right off with no problem when its time to check the brake fluid level.

After I lost my third one, I bought a metal one. Haven't lost that one but I have to have a pair of pliers to take it off. That is a little bit of a hassle but better than having to buy a new one every other week, (or so it seemed). The metal one locks on and will not come off unless you take it off.

Fine fit but it was tight. They pretty liberal putting that road armour on there.
