Thanks guys....I think I got the rims from Recstuff or Tredit. They’re purdy easy to find and not expensive. Keith I should be around Wednesday....hopefully takin the interior out of a ski boat.

Ted, what did your cover the side guides with??? (the 2x4's that sorta kinda help guide you on the trailer) ... I've had the GatorBak kit in the basement for a while now and just trying to get up the nerve to tackle the project...

Side guides have Starboard material on them from Mark Miller. I put two pieces together, ran a router around them and counter sunk SS hardware. Gatorbacks on the bunks are nice. I did not install the way they said. I marked mine and put SS screws every 3”s with 4 screws each side 1” apart on the ends. I also used a much smaller screw than they suggest. I like the bunks that screw to the bunks from the underside.
