    99 200efi

    just ordered oe parts to replace the impeller. watched a few videos on how to do it but nothing on a 200hp. any better videos out there. looks fairly cut and dry to do it. serial # 0G804104

    The manual will have step by step instructions, good idea to get a manual if ur not familar with wrenchin on ur motor

    I would note that I personally remove/install the gearcase in NEUTRAL, and that you should NOT USE GREASE ON THE IMPELLER (Dawn DishSoap is a good choice).

    Avoid "tube" videos, especially for this type of repair. Many of them are riddled with errors that may cost you time and/or money.

    I did find the service manual online and downloaded it to the computer, has all info I need thanks Merc 2.4.

    Since Mercury does not offer their manuals to consumers in Electronic Format, and the Manuals are Copyrighted works, it's very likely what you have is a bootleg/illegal copy. Just an FYI...
