My 1993 190 has a tank that I think holds around 30 gallons. I only ever filled her up full to the top of the tank once, and it took 28 gallons. And there was a few gallons in the tank before filling.

I have a 93 brochure, but cant find it. Probably suck it somewhere so it wouldn't get lost ...

Lea should have one if she's at home. If your tank is like this one, it's a 30 gal.

Get with ChampioNman on a replacement OMS, premixing gets old real quick.

VRO is a very reliable part, regardless of what a lot will say here in BBC land.

Your choice is to hassel with premixing every time you fuel up, or spend $200-$350 (depending on shop) and install a new VRO. I went with a new VRO eleven years ago, and haven't looked back. Money well spent!!
