We just got home from a week at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. I can not begin to tell you what a nice experience it was. We had one of the few pull through sites, but all of the sites were spacious and I would have been pleased with a back-in spot. The sites have both 30 and 50 amp service, water, sewer, and cable TV. WiFi is only available up by the office.
They run a tram every hour that takes you to a first rate beach which would be really nice for a family that likes the beach. The park is only a few miles from Destin and all of the attractions there. Best thing about it was that, since we are over 65 and Florida residents, it only cost us $12 per night.
The place is so popular that you have to make reservations nearly a year in advance.
