that looks great...did you have a flush mount previously? if so, did you just make the red plate with the tool holder ?
the tool holder is stock...just panted to much boat..no flush mount..i removed stock cover,framed the opening with 1x1s.screwed them into fiberglass ,and shroud .then replaced stock cover,with a 1/4 cutting board from walmart.then a piece of 1x4 to lift mount over shroud ...its super solid...

Cool idea....I didn't know if you maybe used a piece of star board or something...Looks great and I can believe its plenty sturdy. Also, the tool holder an option or something with a 920? My '19 721 didn't come with that over the trolling motor
