Looking to repower

Hello all Im new to the boards so heres my first post. Ive got a '99 pro team 185 with a force (by mercury) 2 stroke 75 that is just nickel and dimeing me to death.

I am looking for info on what mercury motors I can swap to that will work with existing controls, gauges and wire harness.

Any info or direction to find the info is very appreciated.

Cables should be the same. Not sure what year mercury made the switch from the older harness connector and switched to the round 13 pin (i believe) harness they use now. If thats the same then its just plug and play
