I've had my 2 Ionic 50s now for 2 months and fished 6 tourneys with my high sided 900# tin and still have only 2 cycles on them. A cycle is when you run them below 85%. So first cycle was when I got them at 75% and second was after about 7 hours of spot lock in heavy current and they were down to 84%. Most times they are only down to 88 or 90%. This is with an 80# Ulterra. The 50s are amazing batteries.

A good rule of thumb is that a high dollar lead acid 100ah battery produces about as much power as a 60-70ah lithium. So if you kill your lead acids a few times a year then it’s safe to say you will need a 75-100ah lithium. If you never kill a 100ah lead acid then a 50ah lithium might be the way to go.

How can someone get in touch with the guy in those videos? He seems to know a lot about lithium stuff. Would love to ask him a few things.

Also recommend AMPed outdoors. Been running 3 of their 55ah for my TM and never an issue.
