Compartment gaskets coming loose, best adhesive to use?

I noticed the rubber gaskets of my compartments are freeing out at some parts, especially the corners. Nothing major, just wondering what adhesive to use. My go to is 4200 but wondering if there's something better. I suspect the cold weather might be a factor, causing the rubber to contract and then become undone.

3 M Weather Strip adhesive. It comes in a black tube with green lettering.

Marine "Goop" if you can find it. I used it on my old gasket's and it was still holding 4 years later.

Amazing Goop Marine in the caulking tube. I used it for the compartment gasket on my last glass boat. You can cut the end opening small to fit into the slot in the gasket. It's clear, and easily removed before it dries.

It looked like regular contact cement was used at the factory on my 2008 Champion. I removed the gaskets and cleaned away the old cement in 2018. Surprisingly, the new contact cement hold is very strong. I don't think that you need a real heavy duty product.
Unfortunately, the glue/contact cement on the carpet and seals tends to go at about eight to ten years in the dry SoCal desert where I live. I would expect to start doing corners of your carpet and seals at about 8-10 years for boats that are garaged and kept clean. Buy a small can of contact cement, and it should last a few years until you are ready to replace the carpet.
