    Need a new transom saver.

I'm going to get new transom saver this spring. My boat came with the kind that goes from bottom of trailer to lower unit. I heard those are not the best kind to have. What kind do you guys use? I have a 2002 tr 21 with a 225 ox66 yamaha on the back. Thanks

I had a transom saver and by the second or third time trailering the rubber pads were wearing down to the metal about to start gouging the lower unit. Ordered extra pads and put them on but never used it again. Went with a MotorMate and I’m very happy.

Check out the lock-n-haul... $55-$75 depending on painted or not. Been using for 5 years now with no issues. Light, but strong! Universal fit... stays put once locked down and no steering clips needed. https://www.lock-n-haul.com/

I've been using Lock-n-Haul for several years as well.
