    Replacement Axle Recommendations?

Hey all, need some help finding a replacement axle. I have a 2003 single axle trailer for my stratos 18xl that busting a bearing this fall and ruined the spindle, instead of welding on a new spindle I've been told replacing the axle would be a cheaper and easier process. Attached are the dimensions of the current setup, any recommendations / help on the subject would be greatly appreciated

I’m not clear on your drawing. Is this a conventional axle with a large offset? Or is it a torsion axle?
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.

I think ufp is who made the axle for stratos. I do know that there should be a tag on the bottom of the axles with an id number that will let them know what axle you have without guessing.

I was told the same thing. Take it to a reputable machine shop. They’ll rebuild it back the way it was. Costs me $175 here in Oklahoma.

I replaced one once, just went to a Trailer Manufacturer and he matched up to what I had. Everything came with the axle, springs, spindles, bearings, and hubs. Under $200 and I swapped it out in less than 2 hrs.

1050 North Bend Road Had these folks make an axle for a Champion trailer several years ago. Perfect fit, very reasonable. Came complete w/spindles, bearings, and hubs. If I remember correctly they are a couple of miles

Go to any trailer repair/parts place and they should be able to order you an axle just like you need. I'm an outside salesman for a trailer place and have ordered many axles for customers. Good luck.
