    St. Paul Sportshow

    Anyone else attend yesterday (Sat)? It's an annual for me and my grown sons, a chance to oh-so-briefly relieve a little cabin fever, see one or two bassboats, and talk fishin'. We pulled into downtown yesterday morning at around 10:00 and the place was mobbed. Parking lots full, people everywhere. I'm thinking that if this is all for the sportshow, it's going to be shoulder to shoulder in there! Nope. Oprah Winfrey's 2020 Vision at the Xcel. Didn't see that coming.

    Forehead slap of the morning? A Merc 450 Racing on a pontoon boat. Someone needs to control these people.
    There was a time that I didn't fish but I cannot remember it.

    One boat with at least two of them on it...Gotta compete with the guy (I'm sure there's more than one) with 3 300s on a pontoon....

    for the amount of on the water law enforcement i'd say for the most part yes everyone follows speed limit. theres a reason the buit a police station on the lake
