what options do I have for a heavier jig head ,in say maybe3/4 or 1 oz,I see the sparkie with out a weed guard is that the only one available,thanks in advance

Try hilts molds they may have 3/4oz. 1oz. Arkie molds

Poison tail jigs and brush jigs go that big as well.

If you are looking for the swim jig, 21XDC posted links to the right molds. The poison tail or the bullet jig are both really good heads for swim jigs.

The 28-30* leg hooks work best for this.

Flipping Jigs don't make the best swim jigs.

Plenty of 1oz. jigs on eBay. I like poison tail for swimming or hopping.
