    Thanks for your input guys. The hardware is off for it being a river runt, although the eyes look very heddony. The nose and front bill made me think creek chub as well, but that color frog and no marking on the lip are throwing me off on that as well

    The reason I said Creek Chub, was the paint. Although
    I have never fished a bait like this, I have fished the CC Darter
    and this bait has the same frog pattern as the Darters.
    Regardless of mfg it has a lot of Heddon and CC characteristics.
