Ranger Strike Plates for storage Compartments & Rod Lockers

I messed up a couple times, and didn't have the latch turned the right way and chipped/scratched the inside of 3 of my storage compartments and rod lockers. I also had a non boater standing on one of the rear compartments that wasn't closed properly.

Needless to say I had some chips and scratches on the gel coat on the inside of a few of my compartments. Not a big deal, but it bugged me. I had some time over the holidays, so I made some aluminum strike plates for each of the compartments and rod lockers.

At least now when a latch isn't in the correct position when the cover is closed, it won't scratch or take any chunks out of the gel coat.

Cleared this with "Al from Canada" before posting.......

Since there seems to be some interest in BBC guys wanting strike plates for their own boats, I decided to go ahead and make the Strike Plates "Available".

Strike Plates are $10.00 each + shipping.

All Plates come with stainless mounting screws & hard coat Anodize finish in your choice of color. Clear, Red, Blue, Black.

Ranger Strike Plates fit in all compartments, including livewells.

I can supply Strike Plates for just about any Model Ranger Boat 2013 and up.

If you are interested in getting some, shoot me a PM and I'll give you more details, or answer any questions you may have.

What was the aluminum before? Can we buy it and make striker plates easily or did you machine them out? Looks great!

I’ve wanted those 3 rangers ago and noticed the Vexus has them. Would like to buy some as well. Lol

Seriously though...did you take some angle aluminum and cut/grind to shape...if so what dimensions of angle?
