Power-pole Customer Service Top Notch

I was having issue with oil poolling in between the pump/reservoir housing. Anyways, Tyler called me from Power-pole just now and said pumps were ready to be sent back. Power-Pole received on them yesterday-Tuesday and in one day they are being mailed back to me. Replaced the Pump housing body, cleaned pumps and are also sending back 2 quarts of Green Oil.
Only cost me shipping to/from. Prior to my purchase I had read many testimonials about their Customer Service. My poles are 2015 models. For one they still support a product from 2015. Two they did not charge me for any labor or parts.

Just trying to others see what great customer service they offer...
