Mega 360 Cables w/ Built-In Ultrex Mega DI Transducer

The confusion about the Y cables is based on the picture of the 9 M360 2DDI Y cable on the Humminbird website and just about every dealer selling them. This does not exist.

Also, the Humminbird website specifically says ...

"This cable should not be use to connect a HELIX fish finder with both MEGA 360 Imaging and Built-In MEGA Imaging on Minn Kota trolling motors. Please refer to #720108-1 14 M360 2DDI Y for this specific rigging need.
Is not compatible with Built-in MEGA Imaging transducers on select Minn Kota trolling motors"

This contradicts Wayne's advice.

Awesome, thanks Rich. I was wondering if my 360 being in a bucket of water and my 2D/MDI being dry would cause the issue. I’m getting it on the water in a few hours, so hopefully it works like it should as you’re describing.

The 14 M360 2DDI Y cable is not compatible with a Helix or any 7-pin transducers.

I believe it is compatible with the Mega 360 and a minn kota built in mega DI. Then you connect the Y cable to the Helix with the AD HELIX M360 Adapter (product number 720109-1)14 to 7 pin adapter cable.
Is this not correct?
