Where to buy rubber for under trolling motor?

I need a piece about 2’x4’ with the adhesive backing to place under the trolling motor/on the bow area to cover holes. I would prefer it to be patterned so it could also work as non-slip. They used to use this all the time for this purpose but I can’t find the stuff anywhere.
