Here is my bilge with two power poles, 2 Lithium Pro 36 volt batteries and stealth AC/DC charger.
All pumps are easy to access under the carpeted lid.

As far as access to the batteries my Bullet 21XRS is nicely laid out with a lot of extra room... Now, to get to the pumps and hose once you get the aluminium gas tank out it's a piece of cake to work on... Dan
I would consider the bilge on a 20XD very cramped and under a gas tank. I have two bilge pumps and two live well pumps in mine and with the hose for the overflow there isn’t much room left over. In the picture the bilge area is between the aluminum pieces. The area the batteries go in I would not consider the bilge and has plenty of room, but only about half is easy to access. None of mine is carpeted.

Not really cramped, but to get to my pumps I have to remove 3 of the 4 batteries! Wish mine was open like Hickory Legend!
Not too bad.
I'm noticing all but 1 have the battery terminals not covered.

Getting at the pumps of my RT188 is a PITA. I have to remove the batteries to get at them. My Cats had the best layout in the bilge. I could get to any pump and swap it out real easy. I've never had to eat with power pole pumps, can't speak to that one.

My 2001 zx225 Skeeter was AWFUL to get into, full and tight.....my 2018 z19 Nitro is a piece of cake. Has a flip up plank that gives full access to pumps. Both with exactly the same equipment underneath.
I can easily get to all my pumps with a days notice and 12 hours of free time.....
Charger is wide open for pumps and batteries and charger plus split lids make it easy to work on and running wires from front to back is the easiest boat I have ever done
Sans hearing about Chargers bow hooking years ago, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of an unhappy owner. They would be on my list if I ever went back to glass.
mine is not too crowded. Mainly because the TM batteries are in other compartments.
