What brand and size do y'all recommend for our stroker trailers? I have one that is slinging grease all over the wheel mostly inside the wheel but some on the wheel face as well.

Slinging grease is a seal issue, not bearing.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
Yup need seals and bearings IMO....

BCA bearings and National seals. I have a Ameritrail trailer and not sure the bearing size of them versus the boat mate trailers though

Ok thanks guys, I'll give boatmate a call. The bearing sounds and feels fine but they are the original bearings from 1999 so figured I'd get some new ones.

Ok thanks Mark, i have the spare hub with the spare tire but would be smart to have an extra in the tool box.

What does it take to replace wheel bearings and seals? I have around 50,000 miles on my 1999 trailer and have never had a problem. I use bearing buddies and keep them well greased.

No big deal, jack up, remove wheel, remove caliper, take off cap or bearing buddy, remove cotter pin, unscrew nut, remove outer bearing, reinstall nut and snatch. Pulls bearing and seal out. Clean like new in parts washer, pack new bearings, I use Valvaline Cerulean Grease. Have had tested, came back as best from blackstone labs. Never had failure using it. Bearing packer for grease gun available from O reilys, knock in races, drop in grease bearings with some liberal spreading inside hub and on race, clean spindle, reinstall and tighten nut small amount, turn hub a couple of times and tighten again. Technically around 18 ft pounds or snug to most mechanics. turn a couple more times to check. Replace bearing buddy, grease bearing buddy to apply pressure on spring, install tire and go fishing
