Beat the ice on Otter Creek, barely.... probably the last boat out this year. Trolled swimbaits and rattle traps. Caught 10 or so including this pig.

Then i went further south to Lake Powell. Made quick work trolling divers. Had 20 lbs by 11AM in the cooler.

Otter is full of big fat trout. Fishing the creek right below the dam can be outstanding at times.
You need to hit Panguitch as it’s been really good this year on the ice!
42 degree water temps at SH right so the bass have sloooowed way down .
