If the leaking piece is part of the line, change that section of brake line. If it’s an adapter, either tighten or replace it. Either way, bleed the system after the repair.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.

You can try Teflon Tape, just don't get it over the hole.

I believe that leak is at the threads on the adapter? If that is correct, you should be able to remove it from the swivel and adapter, clean up the threads, and reinstall with thread sealer.

The adapter that goes into the master cylinder can be removed and replaced. It’s made of brass so the threads are very soft and can easily get messed up causing a leak. I would buy a new adapter and before putting it into the master cylinder thread it into your brake line to be sure the threads on the line are fine. It is, install in master cylinder, connect brake line, bleed brakes, and fish.
