How bout a boat floor covering specialists?
I looked and looked in my area too, from what I’m told they’re are some residential carpet guys that will do it, just be personally knowledgeable on what u want and what’s acceptable and not. I ended up doing it myself with the help of a employee with a carpet background. Beside the marine glue, have some contact adhesive handy for the aluminum lids and areas u don’t want to hold for 20min while it dries. Also the glue will soak thru the 20oz carpet if pressed too hard

Check with a local large scale marina that has a servie repair facility there. They will have recommendations for carpet installer. If you are keeping the boat use Syntec 16oz or 24oz carpet. Syntec sells 20oz carpet but it is not available as Boat Manufacturers such as Ranger does not use 20 oz. Most Boat Builders use 16oz and 24oz syntec carpet weights...
There is a guy in Arkansas named curtis Massey with C&E boat restoration, he has done a couple for me and several friends boats and all have been perfect. He has super fast turnaround usually 2 days he gets boats from all over US brought to him. Very clean and professional job. He also can wet sand and buff boats , replace rotten wood , install padd under carpet and replace switches.
If you wanna make the trip here to NC I can help you...
