Just so anyone reading this know. "The factory outlet online stores for all the fishing type products are not any bit related to the company they are implying. They have had refurbished/used/fake stuff..... obviously some stuff is right and good but just a heads up.

You are correct. I had done the research. They are a direct ship high volumn dealer. I contacted them on their chat line from the web page and they called me back on my cell to answer questions. I had them verify that the Talons were the latest model number (from Minn Kotas web page) and they were new, unopened box. They honor a 30 day money back. So we will see how this goes and I will report back. They are on back order until late Feb, which I had found on other web sites as well.
