    Inner fender liner

2014 z8 when loading the boat hit the edge of the inner fender liner,it seams to be made of plastic covered with carpet some how this bent it out towards the boat any ideas. On how to fix this without unloading the boat ?

I recently had mine recovered and removed it myself. I didn't get to see the top portion that you're referring to before having it recovered through a local boatshop. It seemed thicker than the bottom edge and may be molded to the liner. There's not much clearance between the boat and that inner fender and I couldn't even get an offset screwdriver to work. Believe the only choice is either do it with the boat off or remove the fender. I opted to remove the fender.

Remover the fender. Replace the plastic covered carpet with starboard material with counter sunk bolts with lock nuts behind them. Never touch em again.
