    Question 2020 Get together???

With the Coronavirus and social distancing, I feel it is better to postpone the get together until September.
I know we can all fish but the restaurants are closed and hand shakes would not happen.
Let's plan on a fall get together in September. Dates can be discussed and your input is appreciated.

    Hi all... Happy New Years....

I am just wondering if anyone would be interested in a friendly get together and fish Lake Wallenpaupak and then
hit a local restaurant for wings and beer or other good menu food or picnic style as they have grills and tables at
Mangum cove state launch. YES, bring the family, too either way.
I was thinking after bass season opens or if anyone else would have a date. Definitely before the pleasure boaters and jet skis are out in droves.
We can discuss which day is better Saturday or Sunday. We can start a discussion list here to decide on a date and any other concerns.

How does that sound?? Plenty of time to pull it all together.

UPDATE: Date to choose, May 16th or 17th Which day is better SATURDAY OR SUNDAY?
Do you want to picnic at Mangun Cove Picnic area....OR go to a restaurant?

Yes!!!! Just like the old days. I'm sure Vince is game and I'll see if I can get a few more guys to show up. Lets plan something for the spring bite and find a place that we can park quite a few boats. I think "the dock at wallenpupack" has enough parking for all of us with boats but that's the only pace I know of but I'm sure there are others.

I like spring too. Mid May is HOT on the Pack. We can decide on a date as time approaches, OPen for suggestions, BUT mid May is my 2 Cents.

If it's May 16th or 17th, I think I am free. Youngest son has a lot of soccer tournaments in the spring, but that is one weekend we're off.

That is a good weekend Dave as it is before Memorial day and the crowds will not be on the water yet Let see what everybody else thinks.

Thanks for that map Pokie! I've only been there once or twice and that was over 25 years ago!

I am sure "IF" your boat is not back by then, SOME ONE here would let you fish with them. They're ALL good guys here and just have to let us know if you want to come.
