Anybody know if this 1996 Ragin cajun 164 has aluminum an composite floors an transum or is it wood I had ones yrs ago never was outside in rain always covered in garage wen not in use I'm thinking on buying another one same year don't know alot about this boat so help before I buy plz??

Transom most likely is the honeycomb composite style that is bomb proof. Stringers etc are most likely wood.
my espirit 185 is built this way and even when previous owner let it get water logged in the floor the stringers were not affected.
if you can get it for a good price then buy it.

Do u think 5900 is good price? Has three new tires batteries are less than year old no scratches carpet looks good has 115 HP an older man owned it a preacher at that

Which boat has better floors an transom I don't want vto bug a boat then rebuild it j want to use it everyday

5900 is kinda steep unless motor and boat are cherry... plus it’s way out of season right now so I’m sure you could get that under 5k

What brand of motor? That will make a difference on the value.
