    Prime Rib, Ham, veggies

    The morning casserole has been prepared ( hash browns, onions, peppers, 2 dozen eggs ) just needs to go in the oven along with the French toast casserole ( for lack of a better word) and 3 lbs of bacon.

    Today, dinner for 8. Linguini alfredo, topped with wild 16/20 gulf shrimp and jumbo scallops. ** Christmas, dinner for 22, Crown roast (double-22 bones), sausage and sage stuffing, smoked ham, redskin potatoes, brussel sprouts, carrots, homemade bread, salad. ** Thursday, dinner for 15, BBQ: smoked pork butt, smoked St Louis ribs, mac-n-cheese, smoked bead medley, cornbread. ** Saturday, dinner for 12, Smoked 1.5" rib chops, not sure of the sides yet. ** I'm doing it all...back to cooking.

    Sounded great, but the onions and peppers in the breakfast casserole, just flat killed it. Merry Christmas, Go Hawkeyes !!
