2000 ranger trail

so I've got this trailer its a single axle with disk brakes and an a60 coupler on the tongue. I'm needing a caliper do to it seizing up and getting hot, what would i need to do the a60 couple to disconnect the brakes. just weighing my options

Personally myself, I'd fix them and get them in good working order.

I wouldn't pull that rig without brakes. Not to mention it may be illegal to do so anyway, depending on your state regulations.

I hear ya, the caliper isn’t expensive just seeing what options I have
