That's a cool idea for a universal mount. You could rig it to hold a light and a gopro together

I took this idea a little further. I am thinking about getting a dual GoPro Mount and then actually adding the little $50 yolotek light.20200108_161203-907x1612.jpg

That's what I want to know, how its attached to the Talon. I have the Yolo but would be nice to have the set up on the Talon, or heck even both....One forward and one looking back.

I use this Mount along with 3 washers. 1 stainless steel and one rubber on the inside and one rubber on the outside. The T slot works great but needs the washers to help hold it and it fits perfectly in the slot allowed in the Talon for adjustment. And it will slide up and down you just tighten it up and it will stay in place works pretty good.

I did have to install it from the top down so I had to take off the top cap. Then I slid down and place and replace the cap. I've even added power in the slot so has its own power from the battery inside the boat.

Thanks for the idea. They don’t have a lighted cap for the gen 1 so I Installed an extra stern light yesterday.
