Listening to ESPN radio, anyone heard of this guy, he was a childhood friend of Belichick and seems to be a savant. New theory is he is the mastermind behind the Patriots sucess the past few decades, he's brilliant at analytics, a card counter of sorts very interesting. He is on the Patriots payroll but his job description seems to be veiled in secrecy.
He takes the film and breaks ot down, he only reports to Bill.
Oh yea, he is a genius... he is a large part of the Pats success. Watch the original Do your Job documentary.
Without him, I doubt the Patriots would have beaten the Bengals today.
