Possible, yes. You may need new hubs if your old ones are 4 lug. Switching may or may not gain you anything. You’ll need to watch to stay close in diameter. If you raise the trailer an inch with a larger diameter tire, you’ll have to back in 6” further to launch and load. Can make it tight to get behind your truck and stay dry if you increase much.

If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
Check carefully
i did that once and all was good till trailer was bouncing on the road and tires dug in to edge of fender due to bigger size and had a flat at midnight , had to take fenders off to get home
5 lug
This link shows tire specs by diameter and wheel size. May be helpful.

I try to drive as if my 16 year old Grandson is following me
Speak as if he is listening and act as if he is watching
A friend went from a 13” to a 14” on a Shorelander trailer for his Lund. 13” tire for a big boat pushes the weight capacity of the tires. He had to raise the fenders but things have worked out good
I recently did that same thing. I had a set of wheels that I liked and they were 14". I bought tires that were close to the same diameter as the 13s so they don't hit the fenders.
14” wheel has a tough time finding tires the same diameter as your previous. I ran a 15” wheel with a 205/60r15 cooper cs3 tire on it and that was by FAR the best setup i ever had. No more soft under rated tires and higher speed rating. It was a slick setup no clearance issues. Either.
