    Touch screen Inactive

    I have a HDS 9 Gen 3; the touch screen on the unit suddenly just stop working. I can still use the unit by manually indexing the different modes for the most part. Any ideals what would cause the unit to do this? I do have the latest update install, but this issue occurred sometime after the update. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Glenn

    Watch the you tube video by Jacob Scott that shows you how calibrate the touch on your machine. Or TOUCH LOCK on the home screen might have turned on.

    Just send it back for repair, I had the same issue and nothing fixed it, save yourself a bunch of wasted time!
