    About a month ago, which is the longest I've not gone in a long time. Gonna go today here in the next hour or so. Supposed to be a high of 34 so at least my reels wont freeze up lol.

    August, I think. SoCal bass fishing is overrated. However, we are having once in a lifetime kind of fishing for Bluefin and Yellowfin tuna.

    Oct 26th. Last day out in the boat. Sat on top of the smallmouth for two hours straight and hammered them on every single drop without moving more than 40 yds. Heck of a way to end the season, now the long wait continues.

    Late October in N. Minnesota. Smallies on deep rocks. Switched to walleyes and muskies after that. Ice set in early Nov. We’re ice fishing today and tomorrow. Going to be chilly in the morn...minus 20. Gonna have to put the snowmobiles in the heated garage overnight. It’s a far cry from back when I lived in Oklahoma and chased largemouth year round.
