Looking for a downloadable map w/ fish attractors, marked on it.

Good luck in finding free marked maps. Fishing Hotspots puts out a good tyvek map probably found in many sporting goods stores or as I do order them online.

Check with the Illinois DNR for a list of fish attractors on the lakes. If they are like the Kansas DNR there will be waypoints listed on their site for different lakes that fish attractor and brushpiles have been placed. You might also ask for some information on the Illinois site at Crappie.com. I have given spots and waypoints to people who have asked here on my home lakes.
