    Do any Basscat dealers take trade ins ?

    I have a 2012 Eyra that I wanted to trade in but I cant find any basscat dealers that want trades right now,
    I have another brand that wants my trade but I would rather stay with Basscat. I had a basscat dealer that backed
    out of a trade because they didnt want to sit on my boat thru the winter months.

    Why not just sell outright.

    When I was looking the one dealer (not BC) was offering me a trade 10K under value.

    Sell it at a 5K discount and you're still ahead of the game.

    I just traded my 2015 Caracal into AquaTech in Florida. You could probably get more if you would sell it yourself, if you can afford to hang on to it.

    Skyline just took my buddys 13 eyra on trade for a 19 caracal... Give them a call. They are in Wilkesboro NC skyline marine and outfitters.

    I've discounted the boat pretty good but I have had 2 trade in offers on other brands that the $$ I save on Taxes by trading it in vs selling out right is only a couple grand difference
    just need to find the right basscat dealer, Thanks for the replies.

    I see used Basscats at Rockwall Marine (just outside of Dallas, TX). Have you called them?

    Look for a Cat dealer that has your trades outboard make. Some don't like to take brands they can't work on assuming they have follow on service business on your trade.

    There are dealers in our brand which do take trades. Ross Motorsports in Lufkin is a good one, then you have Rockwall that would trade. We don't know where R&R and Tight Lines are on trades now. Bowden simply does not have much room for trades. Some dealers have made solid markets around trades and having good clean late models in stock.
