So I’ve been waiting for this to play out before I voiced my experience with Tackle Trap. Ordered a Steez Spinning Rod after some back and forth with Gary and decided what was right for what I wanted. I’ve been patiently waiting for it’s arrival with the holiday shipping craze only to see the tracking show delivered.... but no rod. Waited for the next day, out for delivery again, still no rod. Wednesday I get a delivery update from UPS that says delivery issue, want to file claim? I called Tackle Trap, talked to Jackson. He looks up the order, takes my info. I’m at this point just expecting the run around. Not ten minutes later, Jackson calls... they wrecked the rod (UPS) and he’s already packed up another one and said he’s going to next day air me a new rod. Get home tonight, rod is here and everything is good.
I know, first world problems, but I just wanna say. Thank you Gary for the advice on the rod, cannot wait to get it on the water, it’s exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Jackson and Tackle Trap, not sure what even happened but I cannot believe how quickly you addressed my problem and went above and beyond to next day air me a fishing rod.
