Sonichub2 speakers shutting down after 5 min.

I have installed three or four of these systems and they have been flawless. Got one for my new boat in Aug. and finnaly got the courage up to start cutting holes and installing it. Got everything hooked up and checked out fine, except! speakers shut down after a few minutes and emidiatly if I go above 70% volume. Power light remains on the hub but seams to kick off the speakers like an overload protection. The unit gets warm within 5 min. And it shuts off quicker the longer it is on.Think I may have got a bad Sonic hub? Thanks for any ideas.

I returned 3 of them as on radio it would cut out similar to what you are saying.. I finally gave up I do not have that issue when using the sirius or bluetooth options for reception.

I am afraid after three good ones in the last three boats I got a dud!. Hope I dont have to go through three to get a good one.
