Retractable rod straps for newer Nitro’s?

Are the bungie chords they only available rod straps for newer Nitro’s?
Or is there an option for the ones that come out of the side like a seatbelt? Wasn’t sure since the sides are so low compared to other brands.

I'm sure you can do whatever you want with your dealer. Don't know if its available from the factory tho

I installed those on mine but you can only go so far forward with them
