    climbing post gadget to get on trailer to aid getting into boat when on trailer ?

    I am looking for a gadget that is basically a steel/galvanized post mounted on the tongue of the trailer near the winch that makes it easier to climb into a boat when its sitting on the trailer and in the water like when you are getting ready to launch it. I know these gadgets are around but I can't come up with the proper name to ask google to find it for me, something like, climbing post, step assist, get aboard post etc. I'm sure lots of you have this gadget. ps. its more useful for old guys.
