Buying a used boat with a Minn Kota Terranova trolling motor . What want to know is ,What fish finders are compatible with the motor ? Do I have multiple applications, Such as Helix series? Or should I put my MK Maxxum back on ,if the shaft is long enough ?(took the Maxxum off my Ranger Cherokee, that was crunched by a sugar maple tree).
What boat? And the universal sonar has dongles that will connect most 2 sonars to it.

Marky. The Terrova has 3 different possible transducers built in. 2D,Mega DI + and mega SI+. Only the Universal (2D) is compatible with most fish finders. The other 2 are for specific Humminbird fish finders. Bob
Note: If your new motor is over a couple years old it is US2 which will work with most fish finders.
