    Z21 Gas Tank Crack

I have a 2005 Z21. The top of the starboard gas tank has a 1" cracks at the top. Is there some kind of marine gas tank epoxy that I can use or is there anybody can suggest a repair without replacing the tank. Thanks all.

I don’t know of anything that will adhere to that plastic but I have seen one that was “welded” with a soldering iron,it melted back together. If you try it,be sure to fill the tank with water, you don’t want to go boom. I am in no way endorsing this, you’re on your own.

The soldering thing does not form a full depth weld without filler added and will not last. Replace the tank, afire in the boat will scare the -------- out of you especially if you are far from shore. (Don't ask how I know I don't want to bring that memory back)
