    Question UFP Trailers Contact

    Has anyone else contacted UFP reps for trailer issues/questions?

    I have a clear bearing issue and just emailed sales@easternmarine.com about the details. I messaged this address several months ago with an unrelated issue and they were great just as many folks on here have mentioned before. I just wanted to make sure nobody knows of any changes over the last 5 months since I contacted them last.

    This email address handled UFP questions as of several months ago. It was where I was directed anyway.

    Thanks guys. I spoke with someone at the link sharphook sent. Since the trailer was from BassCat boats they gave me an email address, a form to complete, and told me to send pictures to their California location. I sent an email with all that was requested.

    Vault UFP warranty is only for original owner. No transferrable. Just FYI. It can say 5 years zero maintenance etc but doesn't mean anything if not original owner. I'm not the original owner even though it's only 2 years old and sat in a garage for most of 2018.
