Mount recommendation for Garmin 93sv plus

For everyone who just bought or have bought the 93SV plus unit, what mount did you use for unit at console? Have seen where a lot say the Kong mount, however may be to rich for budget right now.

    any other suggestions?

Appreciate the help. I was going to throw in my console to replace 73sv, but fishing partner thinks it would be nice to have a dedicated gps on console as well.

The 2.5" Ram mount would be the cheaper option but you may get a little vibration from it......

I use a ram mount at the console. Torqued it down and it hasn’t moved.

The ram mount works fine, had ram mounts on the helm and the bow for 93sv. On st Clair the front one did dip a little on a really rough day.C4C82DB8-CD50-4FA4-A43E-A125276003E9.jpeg

But I only have a 60 hp motor and run 30 mph... if you have a big ol bassboat you might want something stronger.

93sv is light, a RAM 1.5" ball mount (C size) can hold it pretty well if not always in rough water. D size (2.25") is better but it's bulky and heavy, a bit expensive as well

My D size Ram mount at the console is rock solid.

The C size ram mount I have on this 73CV at the bow will move in rough water.

Thank you all for the help. Looks like a ram size d may be best option outside spending the money for a kong right now.

Check out Balzout, that is what I was going to use but went with Bassboat Technologies and love how they work.
