Tail light decals?

Has anyone had experience putting the new domed taillight decals on? Can I add some windex or soapy water first so I can slide the decal into place before permanently affixing it? Want to be able to move around till perfect. I took my old one off a couple of years ago....thought I would replace with the new and see how I like.

I do the soapy water on all my decals. Never had an issue. One drop goes a long way.

Yeah I think that's what I did years ago when I put new decals on my 225 ProMax. Spray the surface, apply the decal and then squeegee out the soapy water once in place.

Mrbuck50- I’m not real good at posting pix. Maybe someone here will post. They are the same looking decals that have always been on the rear of our hulls. Instead of 2d flat decals, they are now domes and a bit nicer. Maybe someone will post. If you send me a cell, I will text you a pic.

I use a ton of this stuff in my shop...cheap and works way better than soapy water. Just getcha a small bottle...

Those were always the second thing I removed, first being the pinstripes. :)
