Just replaced a Helix 9 SI unit with Helix 12 unit at my console. On first test drive, the transducer is mapping AC live data at low speeds but I lose AC live and all previously mapped data on my chart screen when I get on plane above 25mph. With my H-9 transducer I was able to map live and see previous data at speeds up to 55mph. Is that capability going to be available with the new H-12 Mega Chirp transducer if I get it installed in the optimal position?
If you are loosing data with Auto Chart Live while that is turned on, your issue is your installation of the transducer.
Evidently "optimal position" is not present.

Thanks. I suspected so, but wanted to make sure there was not another potential issue. Adjusting transducer position today.
